We won!

We did it again! For the second year in a row, we've won an iLearn Award from Practical Homeschooling Magazine! Last year, we took second place, but this year we tied for FIRST in the Computer/Science Coding category.

Thanks to everyone who voted for us in this year's competition. Products are judged on their merits, but awards are given based on the number of votes received. In other words, a company must qualify for a spot on the ballot, but the final placement is reader's choice!

Over the years, we've won several awards from various homeschool groups and organizations. We're proud of this recognition and want to continue doing our best to earn and keep your trust in our programs!

Approved for MOScholars

We are excited to announce that we've been approved as a direct pay for the MOScholars program in Missouri! We're still working to get all our offerings reviewed and accepted, so stay tuned!

Families in Missouri who participate in this program will be able to purchase our online self-paced projects, a one year access pass to our online project library, and our soldering and electrical engineering STEM kits.

We are currently approved in many other states, too, including Alabama (select offerings), Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, New Hampshire, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming!

Class is in session!

We're teaching more classes than ever for the 2026-2027 school year! For the first time, we're offering online instructor-led classes directly to individual homeschool students. Those classes begin this week, and there's still time to enroll! We have:

  • Technical Drawing / 3D Modeling (Tuesdays, 10-11 am Eastern)
  • Scratch Programming (Wednesdays, 12:30-1:30 pm Eastern
  • Java Programming (Thursdays, 10-11am Eastern)
  • Python Programming (Thursdays, 11am-12pm Eastern)
  • Electronics (Thursdays, 10-11am Eastern)

In addition, we've partnered with Reboot Robotics in Missouri to offer the Technical Drawing / 3D Modeling class to their students, and we're working with another homeschool co-op group in Louisiana to offer a condensed version of the Electronics class. Have a homeschool co-op who wants these opportunities for your students? Reach out!

We have a new private school partner: the Community Christian Academy in Kentucky! We're teaching a Digital Literacy class through their Business Department where students will learn to use the Google applications suite, Canva, and other commonly-used online tools to create and market a fictitious business!

Finally, we're again partnering with Delta Streets Academy in Mississippi to offer Robotics to their 10th grade students and Scratch programming to their 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. Over the summer, we helped DSA apply for a grant from the NASA Space Grant Consortium, and they were awarded $21,000 to use towards these programs.

We owe huge thanks to our non-profit partners, Hastings Helping Humanity and DART STEM Services, for supporting these private school classes. Their financial contributions and donations of computers and other technology make these programs possible!

If you have questions about any of these programs or want to explore classes for your school or homeschool co-op, get in touch!

Excalibur Solutions STEM Academy

The Excalibur Solutions STEM Academy offers STEM education opportunities to students in schools and homeschools that lack the resources and expertise to offer these programs themselves. We focus on the Technology and Engineering aspects of STEM by teaching computer programming, electronics, robotics, 3D design, and other concepts that develop 21st century skills and prepare students to pursue a STEM-related field in college or as a career. For schools, we provide remote, interactive classes with a live instructor that can be integrated into the regular school day schedule or structured as an afterschool club. For homeschools, our content is available as a subscription to a collection of self-paced, instructor-led video lessons grouped into projects that highlight specific concepts or technologies. With us, learning is authentic, project-based, and interdisciplinary.
